Product Carbon Footprint Tracking & Tracing

2023

This report was produced by SYSTEMIQ in collaboration with Center for Global Commons.

STORY -

As economies need to decarbonise rapidly, product carbon footprint tracking and tracing (PCF), the assessment of a product’s greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions over its lifetime, can help create the necessary transparency for companies and regulators alike to manage the transition.

This report, commissioned by the Centre for Global Commons and supported by Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation, set out to investigate the current landscape, potentials, challenges, and opportunities of PCF as well as make recommendations for regulators and company executives.

I assisted in the complete design and production of this report along with the data visualizations.
